We advise the site users and FashionCrab buyers to order only after they are sure of their purchase. Various size charts are given in the website for your convenience. In case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Clothing within 48 hours; the company stands committed to accept only the unworn products. Buyers please note that defective or damaged merchandise can only be returned only if it’s unworn. Worn or used pair would not be accepted under Return policy.
How to return
In case the product delivered by FashionCrab fails to live up to your expectations, you may return it to us in two ways (to be done within 48 hours) –
Send us an email at [email protected] and we will arrange its pickup
Send us by courier along with purchase invoice and courier receipt;
In both the cases, return courier charges will be paid by the customer.
Kindly note that the item to be returned must be returned in the original brand box (packaging). Refunds for the same will be given in the original form of payment.
Any charges above the product price (i.e. shipping or COD charges) are non refundable.
Jewellery can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect. Very rarely, jewellery stone color, or design can vary a bit with a displayed product image.
Refund Process and Timeframe
It will take at least 10-15 business days to process the Refunds. The warehouse will inspect the returned merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation. It may take additional 2-10 business days for the money to be credited in your account depending on the credit card company. FashionCrab is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse.
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order.
